Awful customer service. Order product on Jun 2, it was charged to my card. on June 3rd I was alerted of the backorder. I called customer service and left a message to cancel my order on June 6 and requested a callback or email confirmation. SILENCE. Then on June 15 another email apologizing for the backorder and offering 10% off my NEXT purchase. No option in the email to cancel my order. Customer service took 81/2 minutes to answer and I was the next customer in line the entire time while on hold. Is it so hard to give customers a way to cancel online especially when you've already taken their money and have no product to ship?? I'll not order from them again.
I placed an order as a new customer and that same night which was a day before labor day I realized I ordered the wrong thing so I reached out to them on facebook as well as email right after. The manager Anthony gave me a really dry there's nothing we can do response the next day and said the order has already shipped. I never even got an email saying it shipped. No matter how good a product is , good customer service goes a long way. Won't recommend this company to anyone.
